1. 揀選單位
2. 簽訂臨時買賣合約及支付等同樓價5%的臨時訂金
3. 於訂立臨約後5個工作天內簽立買賣合約(正約)及按照正約付款時限支付進一步的訂金，並於30天內繳付印花稅（* 若買家未在規定時間內簽立正約，即臨時合約終止，賣家有權沒收相關臨時訂金）
4. 收到賣方的入夥通知書（* 視乎樓花期）
5. 簽署轉讓契及驗收物業
